The rate covers structural work (foundation, columns, beams, slabs, walls, roof), all materials per the package spec sheet, MEP rough-in, tiling, painting, doors, windows, and labour. Government approval fees, EB & water connections, lift, and custom add-ons are billed separately.
Yes. Every package is fully customisable. Upgrade cost is added to your BOQ as a transparent line item. You only pay the difference, not a re-priced package.
If your project's total built-up area is 2,500 Sq.Ft or more, marked extras (Elevation Works, False Ceiling, Modular Kitchen, Compound Wall, Sump, Interior Works) are included at zero additional cost.
Payments are tied to milestones — Booking Advance, Foundation, Roof Slab, Brickwork, Plastering, Electrical & Plumbing, Painting, Handover. Each milestone is verified on-site before invoicing.
Yes — we coordinate the entire DTCP/CMDA/Panchayat approval process. We prepare and submit all drawings, NOCs, and documents. Government fees are billed at actuals directly to the homeowner.
A typical 1,500–2,000 Sq.Ft G+1 home takes 10–14 months from foundation to handover. The exact timeline with milestone dates is locked in your construction agreement.
Yes. We offer a 1-year defect-liability period on all workmanship — structural cracks, leakages, or finishing defects are rectified at no cost. Brand warranties pass through directly to you.
